Hi, my name is Mo Farah. I’ve just enjoyed a great indoor season, which included breaking the British indoor 3000m record twice and winning gold at the European Indoor Championships in Turin, Italy, which was awesome. It did not come easy though. It took a winter of hard work in Ethiopia, Kenya and London to get me in the shape to succeed. As you read this, I am in Kenya again, getting ready for the outdoor season, which hopefully will be another good one.

Being an athlete is hard work, but it doesn’t mean I don’t have fun too. I want to give you an insight into my life inside and outside the sport so in the next year I will be posting pictures at www.uka.org.uk of me at work and at play.
