For first time ever, several of the UK’s premier athletes will be giving a unique insight into their lives away from the competition arena as www.uka.org.uk shares their video diaries via UKA-TV.

To begin the series, UK Indoor 400m champion Richard Buck (City of York) shows us how training is progressing in his native Yorkshire, whilst training partners and GB & NI internationals Marilyn Okoro (Shaftesbury Barnet) and Montell Douglas (Blackheath & Bromley) provide an update from a six-week warm weather training stint in San Diego, USA.
