Athletes and coaches can once again get a taste of action in a world class venue as the NIA once again opens its doors for indoor training.

The venue, which will host the Aviva Grand Prix on Saturday 20 February is available for use to anyone on the following dates:

Training Schedule (all 1700 – 2100hrs)

Monday, 08 February

Tuesday, 09 February

Thursday, 11 February

Friday, 12 February

Monday, 15 February

Monday, 22 February
