Idowu Receives Award

IAAF World Triple Jump gold medalist Philips Idowu received his top European Athletics male athlete of the year award this weekend.

In a prestigious dinner in Budapest, Idowu was honoured alongside  Marta Domínguez (ESP) - Women’s European Athlete of the Year and 3000m steeplechase world champion; Karoline Bjerkeli Grøvdal (NOR) – Women’s European Athletics Rising Star of the Year & 3000m steeplechase and 5000m European junior champiom and Christophe Lemaître (FRA) – Men’s European Athletics Rising Star of the Year & European junior 100m champion.
