Q) I have obtained the standard for the Trials, but have not received an invitation!
A) Please contact Matt Bates at FastTrack as your contact details might not be updated on the UKA/FT database. Please e-mail matt.bates@fasttrackagency.com
Q) What is the closing date for accepting entries to the Trials?
A) The deadline for accepting entries (accept in exceptional circumstances) is Sunday 20th June 2010.
Q) How do I obtain tickets for my friends and family to watch me at the Trials?
A) Please see check the Major Events section on tickets on the website or call 08000 55 60 56 to speak to a member of Ticket Master.
Q) When will I see a timetable for the Trials?
A) There will be one available on the website week beginning 14/06/2010.
Q) When will a full competitiors list be available?
A) This will be available the week beginning 21 June, however it will be subject to change.
Q) Will this event be on television?
A) It is possible that your event will be on national TV courtesy of BBC.
Q) Will I be able to purchase food at the event?
A) There will be a designated area at the competition venue with a wide variety of choice.
Q) What competition wear am I expected to compete in?
A) Athletes are asked to wear their first claim club or national vest. Please see the UKA rules for competition which is on the website. www.uka.org.uk/competitions
Q) Where can I park?
A) Parking is provided in Perry Park at a cost of £5.00 per day
ATHLETES
All parties requiring access to competition zones and restricted areas must display photo accreditation at all times whilst at the competition venue.
Accreditation for athletes will be automatically produced in-line with the event entry list and can be collected as detailed below.
ATHLETE SUPPORT
Athlete coaches (non-UKA), agents, medical staff and anyone performing a supprt function to an athlete requiring access to the warm-up area please email ukaaccreditation@fasttrackagency.com stating your position.
N.B. You will only be contacted if your application needs further review or has been rejected. However please note that if you apply less than five days before the first event day your accreditation cannot be guaranteed.
